JOB PURPOSE
Professional Audio Visual Ltd. (ProAV) is Saskatchewans largest independent Audio Visual solutions provider offering sales, integration, service, rental and staging of commercial audio-visual and CCTV solutions to our clients.  ProAV is a dynamic team seeking a Security Solutions Relationship Manager to join our growing team located in either Regina or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The candidate, demonstrating a background in sales, will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of security solutions and proactively maturing customer relationships to drive results and increase revenue for the company in a measureable way.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
    Build customer relationships and closely manage corporate accounts
    Train customers on key product lines as required
    Deliver accurate, timely forecasts with supportive data, and report on results
    Seek out new opportunities and develop strategies to win the business
    Regularly monitor sales channels for effectiveness and make adjustments necessary to ensure success
    Work closely with other team members, including integrators and other sales staff
    Maintain CRM of customers, prospects and clients

REQUIRED SKILLS
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:

    Proven ability to establish strong relationships from ground up and grow
    Experience in developing, executing on and monitoring a strategic sales plan
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Solid organizational, creative and interpersonal skills
    Keen interest in learning new technologies
    Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
    Willingness and ability to travel
    Self motivation to achieve personal and company targets
