The Dispatchers objective is to coordinate and delegate all work assignments and equipment in a timely manner ensuring all involved and required are in order and correct to complete the job according to all companys business and quality standards, policies and procedures. The position reports to Operations Manager and provides daily schedules for review and approval.
Accounting Clerk Duties
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining financial and administrative information in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The position reports to both the Corporate Controller and Operations Manager and is responsible for coding payables, preparing invoices and entering payroll. Will need to be experienced with Sage 50.
