Applications are being accepted from qualified educational leaders as the first step in filling this rewarding administrative assignment.  Duties will commence at the beginning of the 2015  2016 school year.

The North East School Division is amalgamating two schools in the community of Hudson Bay and moving approximately 385 students into a new $27,000,000 school which will be complete for the start of the 2015  2016 school year.  The North East School Division is seeking a Principal who has demonstrated a high level of leadership skills, who is capable of providing instructional leadership and ensuring that we are offering education in a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:
Completion or progress towards a post-graduate program in Ed. Admin or a related field will be an asset
Sound knowledge of Saskatchewan Curricula, Differentiated Instruction, Professional Learning Communities, and Diversity Education
Interest in Community-Based educational programming
Successful teaching experience and experience or interest in team leadership
Demonstrated leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills

This position will be of interest to teachers and administrators who possess the above qualifications and those who are currently providing instructional leadership within a K-12 learning environment.
