Description

We are seeking a Cosmetic Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. If you are a self-starter that enjoys a flexible work schedule, and open to possible additional future opportunities, then the Cosmetic Retail Merchandiser position is the perfect fit for you! Under the direction of a Field Manager, the Cosmetic Retail Merchandiser is responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies in a large retail store. You will be the expert in ensuring products are properly displayed to increase product awareness and drive sales.
Duties
    Work closely with supervisor to execute layout changes, merchandising tasks as scheduled (Full duration of the project)
    Establish and maintain a superior relationship with store management
    Assemble/set-up store fixture and displays efficiently and accurately by following Plan-O-Grams
    Organize and replenish product on shelves on a timely manner
    Housecleaning of cosmetic products in cosmetic section   remove damaged or dated products, tidying shelves
    Accurately submit reports online
    Effective Leadership  ability to delegate tasks and motivate a team work environment
Qualifications
    1  2 years of merchandising experience in a retail or grocery setting
    Minimum high school diploma
    Must be familiar with retail merchandising concepts, practices
    Must have a valid drivers license and have own vehicle (some travel may be required)
    Must be detail-oriented and able to follow Plan-O-Grams accurately
    Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Excellent time management and organization skills
    Ability to work independently and self-motivated
    Tech savvy  ability to accurately submit online reports/project updates on a computer/laptop, and have access to a smartphone or digital camera to email photos
    Flexible working schedule is a must
