Description

YOUR GOALS:  

Ensure the comfort and safety of our tenants
Take pride in keeping the avenue living properties clean, tidy and presentable
Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws
Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers
Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas
    Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls
    Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes
    Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws
    Gather and remove garbage
    Light mechanical repairs, equipment, or structures, such as buildings, greenhouses, fences, or benches, using hand or power tools
    Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers
    Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, or other grounds features
    Assist with painting as required
    Other tasks as assigned by the Facilities Managers

YOUR SKILLS:
    Independent, self-managed individual with strong organization skills
    The candidate must possess the ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
    Able to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
    Excellent time management skills
    Ability to work evenings and weekends, not to exceed 40 hours
    Being on call on a rotational basis is a requirement
    Must possess a valid Drivers License
    Reliable transportation is a requirement
