This position offers 7 on, 7 off rotating shifts with camp accommodation for the duration of each 7-day shift.  Transportation to and from camp and/or the facility is not provided.  
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Operator is responsible for the day to day facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-    Rail loading
-    Truck unloading, product separation and crude blending
-    Tank Operations, skimming and transfers
-    Equipment operation and maintenance
-    Computer data entry of tickets and reports, and other documentation as required
-    Active in turnarounds and optimization of volumes being managed at the facility
-    Heavy Equipment operations, loader and skid steer
-    Other duties as assigned
-    Keep site vehicles, tank farm equipment, trans loading equipment, and rail tracks and switches clean and in a state of good repair.
Required Skills
-    Strict compliance with SECUREs Occupational Health and Safety and Standards of Performance Conduct an absolute must
-    Good communication skills, both verbal and written, that facilitate excellence in customer service
-    Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working within a team environment
-    Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
-    Self-motivated to learn through on-the-job training and seek continuous improvement of performance
-    Desire and ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift with occasional overtime during emergencies
Required Experience
-    Grade 12 or GED
-    Valid drivers license and clean driving record
-    Minimum 1 year experience in oilfield waste management, and/or emulsion and water disposal operations, and/or heavy equipment operation
-    Rail experience would be an asset
-    Valid industry safety tickets would be an asset
-    A  solid understanding in using various computer systems and MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) would be an asset
