The Opportunity

Our Kindersley, SK location is currently searching for an energetic Service Representative to join the team. This administrator role is responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.


Key responsibilities:
    Inputting job related data to support dispatch/operations manager/field supervisor/field administrator;
    Reconcile worksheet data to verify accuracy of hours for payroll entry, rates, customer coding etc. and make adjustments as needed;
    Prepare and audit accounts payable/receivable and daily paperwork for accurate accounts receivable/payable accruals;
     Answering the multi-line switchboard and directing calls;
    Greeting all branch guests at the reception area, signing in visitors and providing a  professional first impression to visitors;
    Assisting with branch filing;

Key qualifications:
    Effective organizational and time management skills;
    Attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
    Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels;
    High School diploma or equivalent;
    Previous experience in an administrative capacity;
    Basic knowledge of accounts receivable;
    Word Processing and typing skills;
    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and office machines (calculators, copiers, fax machines, etc.)
