We are currently seeking a permanent full time qualified individual to fill our Agricultural Service Manager position. Product knowledge and experienced required.
Essential Duties:
- Work with the store management team to develop and follow an annual service budget and plan to provide realistic, attainable and measurable service profit goals and operational objectives.
- Participate in the development and execution of the Service marketing plan.
- Resolve customer complaints relative to service with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Recruit, train, appraise and provide directions to service personnel to support service sales growth and customer service requirements.
- Control and maintain proper paper flow in the Service Department to reflect all service activity necessary to audit and asses the performance of the department and individual employees on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the appraisal of repair work coming into the Service Department
- Provide a leadership role within the service department while working alongside shop and field technicians to achieve departmental goals and tech efficiency.
- Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to the employees according to their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that the Service department is equipped with the necessary tools and service equipment and that they are maintained in good working order.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong Leadership and communication skills
- A natural mechanical proficiency along with the knowledge of diagnostic equipment and specialized tools would be an asset.
- Familiar with the Ag industry.
- Business acumen is required
- Excellent negotiation skills
