CORE FUNCTION
To be responsible for the organization, co-ordination and direction of the Crop Production Services Southwest Saskatchewan Division Agronomy Program under his/her jurisdiction:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the limits of approved programs, policies and procedures, and working within the Division plan as set by the General Manager & Marketing Manager; the Manager of Agronomy has the following responsibilities:

To organize, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the Agronomy Department ensuring an acceptable level of contribution.
To work closely with Marketing & General Managers, CPS and supplier representatives to ensure that
To organize, direct and co-ordinate CPS human assets efficiently
To work with the General & Marketing Manager, and Location Managers to seek out and implement efficiencies for the entire division.
Ensure safety and environmental standards are followed & maintained at all times.
Communicate progress and results compared to goals in all areas.
To work with the Agronomy team to become leaders in Agronomy service and knowledge.
