The Lloydminster Interval Home is looking for a Family Violence Outreach Worker(.50 position)for our second stage facility, to provide residential clients with development and attainment of their case plans; offering referrals, one-on-one support and information to clients. Assistance with structured recreational activities and day-to-day operations of Dol Mar Manor are also required. We're seeking someone who takes pride in helping others, who is an energetic, friendly, and compassionate hard-worker and who possesses a 'can do' attitude. We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, who is adaptable and a quick learner. Excellent communication, decision making and computer skills are essential. Ideally, you possess a diploma or degree in human services and have experience working with vulnerable populations. A solid understanding of domestic violence is an asset. You must also have a valid driver's license,clean driver's abstract and 3 year's driving & insurance history.
