The Opportunity
Our Kindersley, SK location is currently looking for an experienced Field Supervisor Industrial Services to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and supervising the activities of all assigned personnel in the field and to ensure materials and equipment are organized to meet job requirements, including being responsible for customer relations and interactions.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections;
Supervise upward of 20+ field personnel;
May need to assist or troubleshoot with Flushby equipment;
Communicate with dispatch and operations;
Key qualifications:
3-5 years of previous field supervisor experience;
Knowledge of tank cleaning procedures;
Class 1A license with a clean 5-year drivers abstract preferred;
Leadership skills considered an asset
