Operate automated or computerized control systems; Monitor and inspect plant equipment, Measure temperature, fuel flow and pressure; Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunction; Troubleshoot, perform corrective action or minor repairs as required; Perform routine equipment maintenance; Clean and lubricate machinery and components; Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities; Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures. The successful applicant will work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts; Be able to work from heights, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, and bend; Lift 22 kg and be able to work in a variety of hot, cold, or wet conditions. Must be willing and able to perform basic and complex maintenance repair tasks in all areas of the plant.
Previous welding, mechanical and heavy duty mechanic experience is preferred. Must be willing and able to perform basic and complex maintenance repair tasks in all areas of the plant. Must be willing and able to take formal trade school courses as selected by management.
