Description

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Associate Vice President, People and Development (AVP, P&D) is responsible for the development and successful implementation of Innovation Credit Unions annual human resources plans. This successful candidate will ensure necessary development and coordination of employee learning programs. The qualified candidate will develop and maintain practices, procedures, and objectives based on corporate policy, which emphasizes constructive culture in which employees are empowered, inspired, and motivated. The AVP, P&D will also be responsible for the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior work force.
