Saskatoon Landscape Store is presently accepting applications for a General Manager for our new store located in the north end of Saskatoon.

Saskatoon Landscape Store is a retail/wholesale landscape store which serves the public and contractors with landscape material.  Our office and bulk yard are located in the north end of Saskatoon which is open to everyone to view, pick out, pick up or have delivered to their house or place of work.  

Here is a short list of what we supply:
Soils, Aggregates, Mulches, Block/Brick, bagged product, turf/sod, artificial grass, sprinklers etc.
General Managers responsibilities but not limited to:
-reporting on a daily/weekly base and working close with the president/owner
-achieving budgets set out primarily before the spring or season starts
-Knowledge with POS software, excel and word documents
-hiring, recruiting and scheduling staffing needs
-arranging staff training on equipment and safety and store policys
-ensuring customers interests are properly looked after
-ordering and receiving merchandise and confirming volumes to make sure our inventory to accurate
These are only a few highlighted points that will be a definite asset of past experience.

Wage:
This will be based on individual experience, knowledge and ability to operate this facility.  We also offer a complete health benefit package and year round employment with full time hours.  

Must have 5 plus years in a similar/same position!
