Weyerhaeuser of Saskatchewan is currently hiring for a Finance and Planning Manager to join the winning and successful team of our OSB facility; this person will report directly to the Director of Finance and Planning.  This position is a full time, exempt, salaried position, and offers a competitive salary, vacation time, benefits and relocation assistance.  

This position has two (2) primary focuses:

Provide financial leadership and decision analysis
Drive continuous improvement efforts leading the facility to top quartile performance

Qualification Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills
Takes initiative without direct supervision
Excellent organizational and planning skills.  
Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines
Ability to establish positive relationships with mill leadership and associates
Experience working with and/or within cross functional teams
Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills

Qualifications Preferred:
Accounting Designation and/or MBA
Manufacturing experience
3 - 5 years of financial, analytical or other relevant experience
SAP Experience
Experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma manufacturing processes
