Description

Reporting to the Foreman, this position is responsible for, but not limited to:

Optimizing and troubleshooting daily well production.
Operation and maintenance of oil wells and facilities.
Daily input and balancing of data into PVR.
Ensuring a safe and cost effective operation.
Shift work required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 3 years of operating experience in the oil and gas industry
Minimum of a Grade 12 High School diploma
Knowledge of conventional multi well oil batteries and of single well batteries and tank treating systems
Operational background with inlet separation, fired oil treating equipment, production tanks and saltwater disposal pumps
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Must be organized with strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
Ability to clearly communicate at all levels
Excels in a team work environment

 - Control process start-up, shut-down and troubleshooting
