Eagles Nest Youth Ranch, a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to working with youth in
group home environments, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator for our head office in Prince Albert.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit and orient new frontline youth care staff,
Manage Disability and Workers' Compensation claims,
Provide support to the local group homes, staff and the entire administrative team including other Human Resources personnel in Saskatoon and North Battleford, Accounting, and Payroll.
Administrative functions include:
Answering administration, accounting, and HR-related queries,
Creating and updating schedules, phone lists, training records, etc.
Assisting staff in completing paperwork,
Organizing training sessions and accepting registrations,
Data entry, filing, faxing, and photocopying as required
QUALIFICATIONS
University bachelors degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management and previous experience in an HR department
Excellent communication skills, strong team player, ability to work independently and multi-task
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet, Email, and office equipment
Strong accurate keyboarding skills
Familiarity with First Nations culture
