Job Duties include:
Provides link between Board of Directors and employees by maintaining regular and effective communications.
Responsible for the performance of key staff by conducting performance and salary reviews of all staff also responsible for hiring and supervision of staff.
Overall responsibility for marketing of production companies under HB management by establishing a marketing program.
Inspires the company?s strategic vision and objectives throughout the organization by supervising the implementation of all policies, projects and practices.
Provide leadership in the development and maintenance of a caring working environment that emphasizes trust, communication, accountability and excellence.
Promotes a positive, safe work environment and an atmosphere of teamwork by ensuring farm machinery, equipment and buildings are maintained on a regular basis.
Education and Experience:
The candidate must have 10 years experience in operations knowledge and expertise at potatoe seed operations commercial farming operation.
University classes in agriculture field.
Speak fluent English, ability to read and write in English.
