Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor with the capability of designing and implementing sound warehousing and inventory control processes. You will be responsible for managing warehousing and inventory control activities in receiving, storing, shipping and accounting for election materials utilized across the province before, during and following an election event. You will safeguard warehouse operations and contents, both physical and electronic, by implementing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. During times outside of election preparation and delivery this position will participate in a variety of special projects as assigned.
To qualify you will have high school graduation supplemented by two to three years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You will possess a good working knowledge of inventory control systems and processes, have the ability to read and interpret documents, make calculations and have demonstrated skill in operating a forklift.
Ability to meet physical requirements including: a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of 30-40 pounds.
Salary: $3678 to $4781 Monthly.
