You are an enthusiastic  individual who is starting out in your career and want to take the time to learn and grow.  As the Plant Coordinator, you have the opportunity to support production, procurement, inventory control, quality, health & safety, logistics and sales.  From here, the potential career progressions are customer service, sales or operations.

This key role reports to the Plant Manager with the following responsibilities:

  Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure the seamless management of products
  Coordinator production in support of inventory levels and customer orders
  Back up for plant manager in support of customer service
  Purchase plant supplies and stock and transfer orders as required
  Answer sales queries for shipments regarding in and out of stock items
  Support customer service to deliver exceptional service
  Maintain proper inventory levels, complete Cycle Counts and file shipping orders
  Promote and support 6S and Lean Manufacturing and Safety as part of daily activities for all areas
  Back up for plant manager in support of customer service
