We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resource Administrative Assistant in Saskatoon, SK with one of our clients. The Human Resource Administrative Assistant will provide assistance to the Learning & Development team within the HR Department. This is a contract position that has the opportunity to turn into a full-time permanent role.
The ideal candidate should be professional, have a strong understanding of Human resource functions as well as administrative skills.
The Human Resource Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities will include;
-Create/update and distribute documentation, letters, memos, job posting, offer letters, bulletins and reports
-Enter and update confidential employee information on PAYU or HRIS systems
-Create and maintain employee files
-Co-ordinate and maintain department supplies, inventories of brochures/manuals
-Maintain effective communication with all Home Office employees, region employees, subsidiaries and external customers
The Human Resource Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications;
-Business Administration Diploma
-3-5 years Administration experience
-Word Processing speed 60 WPM
-Strong attention to detail and time management skills
-Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
-Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
