Adecco Saskatoon is currently hiring for an Accountant Job with one of our clients in Saskatoon, SK. This position will be based on a 3 month contract. The purpose of the Accountant Role will be to back fill our client's Treasury Accountant and assist other colleagues as required.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of Source Journal Entries/Bank Reconciliations  General CDN$, USD, Payroll,   Disbursements (CDN$, USD$, EP), SPH, Rural, Donation, Trust, etc.
- Equity Accounts  Update/Reconcile
- Exchange Account
- CRA GST Remittance/Reconciliation
- Deferred Salary
- Deferred Revenue
- Interest Revenue Journal Entries/Reconciliation
- P Card Expense Report Reconciliation
- Miscellaneous Duties and/or Project Work


Specific Qualifications:
- Two year Accounting Diploma or an Accounting designation
- 1-3 years experience in an Accounting role; experience in treasury functions is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good spreadsheet and database skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
