The Co-operators is looking for a temporary Group Administration Representative for our Client Service area in Regina, SK. This is approximately a 12 month term position.
The Group Administration Representative provides a high level of customer service to group policyholders, group plan members, advisors and internal partners regarding plan member eligibility and group billing statements.
Your Qualifications
Completion of a secondary school diploma with 2-3 years group benefits experience with specific knowledge of group policies and procedures
HIAA or ACS Designation
Broad knowledge of group insurance and insurance risk
Demonstrated mathematical aptitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and French) is considered an asset
