The Hilton Garden Inn is currently accepting applications for a
Full Time Guest Service Agent


Summary: The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guests account upon completion of their stay.  

Responsibilities: (Abbreviated)
Welcome guests and complete registration process to include, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information and promoting marketing programs
Assist guests with check-out  including, but not limited to, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted and processed
Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries
Arrange transportation for guests including valet parking
Deliver room service/guest amenities as required

Education, Experience and Skills
Degrees, certificates and training in the following areas are an asset:
Tourism and / or Hospitality, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Teamwork / Collaboration, Information Technology, First Aid
Demonstrated basic understanding of current forms of technology and its application.

Demonstrated proficiency in the following Core competencies:
Service Orientation, Affiliative Communication, Achievement Oriented, Adaptability, Accountability, Initiative
