Adecco is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Manager. Our client is an industry-leading company that specializes in Commercial Heating and Cooling. Our client offers lucrative benefits, and a very competitive starting salary.

The Mechanical Manager Job Responsibilities:

    Estimating for both new and existing work
    Monitoring the quality and cost of services for all field service work
    Support the sales and operations team by looking over proposals and work orders
    Managing/training journeymen and technicians to provide exceptional customer service as well as technical knowledge on the field
    Being able to follow up with clients on both technical issues and customer satisfaction once account has been secured  
Job Requirements:

    Candidates with a ticket in either Plumbing or HVAC are preferred
    Proven managerial experience with crews up to 10 technicians
    Leadership skills that will allow for positive growth and development of employees
    Must display superior customer service skills and be able to handle escalated client concerns
