The Opportunity
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the Lampman, SK Surface Rentals branch office.  This includes ensuring the safe, cost effective and efficient day-to-day management of Clean Harbors branch.

Key responsibilities:
    Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
    Review operational reports
    Monitor overall branch performance
    Provide overall leadership and direction while maintain a secure environment and a respectful, team oriented workplace
    Ensure employees are operating according to the companys goals, objectives and core values
    Conduct periodic field visits to inspect the equipment and working environment
    Work closely with Assistant Branch Manager to monitor safety statistics
    Aggressively market the Company services and seek growth opportunities
    Prepare annual budget
    Monitor on-going updates of equipment and parts inventories and general purchasing process
    Direct weekly meetings to ensure effective dissemination of information

Key qualifications:
    3-5 years experience in a management position
    3-5 years in Oil and Gas service industry
    Experience in Solids Controls or Surface Rentals
    Valid Drivers licence and Clean drivers abstract
