3.Develop a business plan and sales strategy for market that ensure company sales goal and profitability.
4.Maintain & develop customers and prospects database.
5.Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budget sales volumes and timescales.
6.Carry out market research, competition and customer surveys.
7.Consult the department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipments and customer specification.
8.Evaluate the activities of sales team and pushing them to achieve the sales targets.
9.Identifying for further sales and new area for development through conducting detailed research.
10.Achieve the fixed sales targets.
11.Represent company in trade shows and trade association meeting.
12.Plan and direct staffing, training of sales personnel.
