Responsibilities
Provide support to the Housing Manager, maintenance staff and Board of Directors. This may include filing, typing, in and outgoing mail, photocopying and other administrative duties related to confidential documentation
Answer and respond to all incoming calls
Prepare work orders for Maintenance staff and follow up on repairs of urgent nature
Greeting and assisting all clients and visitors
Maintain accounting and client file systems
Receive and record all payments and post receivables/payables, prepare bank deposits
Processing of transactions
Perform accounts payable and receivable transactions
Post General Ledger entries
Identify, resolve and correct discrepancies and errors in accounts receivable and payable
Responsible for maintaining office and general supplies, banking & postal services as needed
Other duties as may be required in Managers absence
