Good Shepherd Villas is currently seeking individuals with great teamwork skills, a great sense of humor and above all, a passion to make a difference in the lives of seniors.  Our team consists of Cooks, Housekeepers, Activity, Maintenance and perhaps you, a Personal Care Worker.

All staff are required to submit a Criminal Record Check.  All Personal Care Aide Workers require a valid First Aide, a certificate in a food service course and the Personal Care Worker course.  If staff do not have the courses upon being hired, they must complete within 3 months from the date of hire.
