The C-Store/Gas Bar Manager is responsible for day to day operations of the gas bar, car wash and wand washes with minor maintenance as required. Preparing, administering sales, margin, expenses, inventory and SPEH for the Palliser Way C-Store/Gas Bar. Ensuring that all merchandising standards, marketing efforts, employee relations and loss prevention are maintained. The C-Store/Gas Bar Manager is also responsible for the development of annual budgets and ensuring that claims, invoices and all other administration paperwork is done in a timely manner. Responsible for due diligence with environmental and emergency response planning as required in petroleum. This position is comprised of overseeing and ensuring adherence and enforcement of all policies and procedures for Yorkton Co-op. Reporting to the Petroleum Manager, this position requires strong technical knowledge and experience in petroleum marketing, strong customer service skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Experience in supervising and candidates must possess a strong work ethic, good communication skills and a positive growth attitude.
