The Sales and Customer Support Department is seeking highly motivated, well-organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join their team.  As a Media Advisor - Coordinator with DirectWest, you will collaborate with our internal and external customers.

Typical Duties (not all inclusive)
1.    Assists in developing, implementing and writing content for customer approval.
2.    Assists in building customer relationships and identify opportunities to promote the DirectWest Value proposition of products and services ensuring customer retention and possible upsell.
3.    Leads the responsibility for internal communication relating to the processing of all required forms, contracts and ad layouts necessary for the fulfillment of the sale.
4.    Responds, investigates and helps resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding all aspects of Directwest multi-media.
5.    Works in a team environment collaboratively amongst peers to ensure deadlines are met.  

Qualifications for this position include:
1.    Grade XII (Level 30), with preference given to those with Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce.
2.    A strong aptitude for selling and positioning products.
3.    Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications with strong writing and editorial abilities.
4.    Strong computer skills.
5.    Media industry experience and knowledge of online advertising is an asset.

Note: This position is temporary for six months.
