Dumont Technical Institute invites applications for the following position:

Full Time Instructor for Heavy Equipment Truck & Transport Mechanic
(Level 1 Apprenticeship) Training Program

Responsibilities:    
To provide instruction, evaluation, guidance, and program support to adult students in a program designed to train students to become a Level 1 Apprentice as a Heavy Equipment Truck & Transport Mechanic.

Qualifications:    
The ideal candidate will a Journeyperson Ticket in Heavy Mechanics and have experience working with adult learners, and.  Knowledge of adult education principles would be an asset.  Candidates should be knowledgeable in Metis culture and have excellent interactive skills, including the ability to deliver interactive training to a diverse group.

Remuneration:                As GDI Pay Grid (Faculty II)

Term:                February 17, 2015 to August 31, 2015

Location:                Moose Jaw, SK
