We are looking for a mature friendly individuals mainly for serving in our Licenced Dining Room and Lounge. Being that we are a rural Resort, located at beautiful Greenwater Provincial Park, with a convenience store, motel rooms and cabins all our workers must be able and willing to perform other duties as well as serving to justify year round employment. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when required as server. Substantial tips are common. Valid driver's licence & relable vehicle.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills
- Describe and advise on wine selection
