Description

Spearing Serivce LP,  a division of the Mullen Group Ltd, specializes in diversified oilfield trucking by a broad range of services to oil companies in southeastern Saskatchewan, southwestern Manitoba and North Dakota.

We require an energetic, team orientated person to fulfill the roll of Parts and Inventory Control Clerk.  This position is responsible for issuing the movement of inventory through the System, processing parts orders for inventory and fleet requirements.  This role maintains the accuracy of inventory, investigation of discrepancies and reporting these to the appropriate departments.  Additionally, you must possess exceptional communication skills to effectively work with everyone who contributes to the inventory movement. Under the supervision of a manager, you will record and maintain computerized inventory lists, review paperwork and reports, and check product codes.  The Parts and Inventory Control Clerk will support their managers by helping with admin tasks, identifying discrepancies and problem solving.

Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Canada Customs regulations  and guidelines for importation of goods
- Calculate cost of orders
- Secure best/contract pricing for stock items and consumables
- Set up and account management of fleet accounts
- Maintenance of electronic inventory systems
- Procurement of parts and supplies for special order and inventory
- Well organized and attentive to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work as a contributing member to the team, while capable to operate independently as well.
