Footprints Family Centre- Lloydminster full-time, part-time, contract and replacement positions are available. You will be joining an established Agency that is guided by faith to care for and bring hope to people in need with humility, compassion and respect. Plan and implement a suitable program to ensure good quality childcare and to meet the needs of all children, utilizing clear and concise routines and rules
Assist the Supervisor to create, plan and prepare developmental/physically appropriate interesting and imaginative activities for the needs of each child as well as for the needs of the group.
Observe and monitor childrens play activities.
instruct children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits
Perform and be responsible for housekeeping tasks and all duties outlined in the daily shift requirements
Supervise children at all times as per approved standards.
Inspect facilities and equipment on a regular basis to ensure standards are met
Provide nutritious snacks and lunches, as per standard approved
Assist the supervisor maintaining close communication and documentation with staff on the development and progress of the children
initiate, establish and maintain a continuing positive and supportive relationship with parents and community
Assist in the development and maintenance of a current database of the Centre.
Receive and record day care fees
Assist casual staff.
Assist the supervisor with the weekly and monthly schedules of activities
Provide reports, as and when requested by the Supervisor.
