Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. is a publicly traded Canadian company based in Calgary, Alberta. Northern Blizzard was founded in late 2009 and is engaged in the exploration for and the acquisition, development and production of petroleum and natural gas reserves in western Canada.
We are currently seeking experienced part time Field Administrative Coordinators for several of our field offices located near Macklin and Kerrobert, SK. The position will report to the Field Superintendent and the successful candidate will work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- General administrative support for Field Superintendent and Operations staff,
- Tracking of data for well site inspections, tank inspections, monthly vehicle reports and cost tracking (projects),
- Entering PACE cards, recording minutes and retaining related documents regarding HSE,
- Creating and filing logs for new wells,
- Some travel to nearby field locations is required.
In addition to a minimum of 5 years related oil and gas industry experience, the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role,
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),
- Excellent organizational and planning skills,
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
