K+S is in the initial stages of developing a new potash mine near Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and is building its workforce to support its development and ongoing operations expected in 2015.

Based at the Legacy Site, The Controls Engineer is responsible for general controls design and analysis for the operation.  The position supports maintenance, production and wellfield departments to resolve controls, communication issues, complete controls design for maintenance and capital projects, coordinate interfaces between IT and PCS, analyze proposed controls change according to a management of change process, and is able to work within a team setting.
