Aramark Remote Workplace Services is currently looking for General Helpers to join our team for permanent positions. These jobs are located in remote areas and employees work rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in a related field(prepping food)
Food Safe and WHIMS ticket is required
Physically capable lifting up to 50Lbs
Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepping food
Washing Dishes
Performing other general duties in the kitchen

Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate pot-washing machines
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Essential Skills

- Stock refrigerators and salad bars

Kitchen Helping Skills
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Sweep and mop floors
Bussing Skills
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Load buspans and trays
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Assist food and beverage servers in formal service activities
Weight Handling
- Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
