Manager, Data Governance and Analysis

As a management team member of the Finance, Data Governance & IT Division you will be accountable to provide comprehensive research and analysis services and manages the WCB rate setting function, experience rating programs and industrial classification system.
Additionally, you will be responsible to proactively develop and implement WCB communications and present to external stakeholders through coordinated research and statistical analysis methodologies. Your analysis of key industry and environmental drivers will guide WCB to develop recommendations to identify and address critical governance issues. Your work will assist in determining appropriate key performance indicator metrics, processes and reporting in support of strategic planning and performance measurement.

As a preferred candidate your qualifications include a University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related field supplemented with three to five years experience.
