Description

An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Professional to become part of our team based in Saskatoon, SK.  Reporting to the Vice President Projects, this is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership to manage and lead the execution phase of the Jansen Project  3SR to deliver the approved business objectives, within the constraints of scope, time, quality and budget, and to identify and manage project related Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) risk.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibility  
- Provides leadership and decision making to ensure the successful development and delivery of  the Jansen Surface and Headframe scopes, maintenance of the Jansen site and management of Discovery Lodge.  
- Provides leadership and decision making to determine and optimize competing objectives and ensure successful execution of the Jansen Surface delivery scope.
- Maintains and governs project delivery strategy, standards, processes, systems and plans for the Jansen Surface, site maintenance and Headframe delivery scope.  
- Provides resources for input into development studies for project execution related deliverables.
- Manages key internal and external delivery stakeholders, including Business and Asset Leadership Teams, Project Steering Committee, contractors and construction consultants as appropriate.
- Drives performance of project delivery performed by 3rd parties within the program.
