The Call Centre Manager will be responsible for the generation of business through over-the-phone customer contact, setting and confirming appointments, gathering feedback and informing customers of current promotions. The Call Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the Business Development Call Centre and providing support to the Business Development Representatives. The Call Centre Manager will ensure the Representatives are trained and well equipped in maintaining positive relationships with customers through follow-ups.
