Responsible for providing leadership & overseeing projects related to the development & implementation of new or enhanced systems & processes.The position is also responsible to direct,lead & mentor other analysts in the areas of requirements documentation,testing strategies,standards & tools.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Work with management to identify opportunities,establish objectives,evaluate ROI
-Ensure all project components related to the implementation of new administration software & its processes maximize delivered functionality
-Plan the day to day management of the business analysis,design,schedules,resource requirements, development & testing tasks
-Participate in the test plan development process to develop test cases,scenarios,& specifications
-Manage project plan to ensure timelines & key milestones are met & identify obstacles & solutions
-Conduct impact analysis,create business requirements documents,& prepare statistical reports
-Participate in project review meetings providing status updates
-Provide leadership,mentoring & performance feedback & support to other Business Analysts
-Consult with stakeholders to gather & effectively capture business requirements
-Liaise with IS&T & service providers
-Support the development of user training documentation
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
-Bachelors Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 3 years direct experience in the areas of business analysis & user acceptance testing,or an equivalent combination of training &experience
-Project Management experience & amiliarity with Project Management Body Of Knowledge or software development methodologies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-Demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask
