Finance Administrator
We are currently seeking a dynamic polished Finance Administrator for two small companies here in Lloydminster.
32-40 hour work week, between Monday and Friday
Salary will be starting at $25-30/hour depending on experience
Benefit program.
Vacation according to Alberta Labour Standards.
Random drug testing required

Successful candidate must have:
     3-5 years Experience/education in Book keeping, Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Accounting;
    Excellent computer skills;  excel, word, outlook, accounting software  as well as web page updating;
    Superior organization/communication/interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail;
    Team player attributes;
    Good knowledge of QuickBooks, Simply accounting and Cortex;
    Quick learner;
    WCB administration;
    The ability/willingness to grow, take constructive criticism and learn as the position grows;
    Ability to multi-task, take self-initiative and work with little supervision;
    High personal integrity, honesty and confidentiality.

Successful will do, however not limited to:

    Maintain and complete  data entry into specific office computer administrative software programs, i.e.; QuickBooks, accounting, payroll, WCB, benefits an asset, cortex, information databases and spreadsheets;
    Performing monthly closings, budgeting and forecasting; monthly and yearly;
    Maintain and operating of online administrative/banking/AP/AR systems;
    Keep up with collections;
    Coding and processing expense, purchasing, material client/vendor form documents;
    Setting up and/or maintaining record management systems, may include confidential and sensitive information for company;
    Filing documents;
    Provide general administrative expertise to the office;
    Utilizing previous experience and in house training;
    Facilitate growth as the company grows;
    Full Cycle Accounting
        Other.
