Reporting to the QCK Gymnastics Club Executive Director, this position is responsible for administrative support for the QCK Gymnastics Club operations. Duties include:
First point of contact (telephone, email, in person) for athletes and parents
Processing registrations for programs, meets and workshops
Making facility bookings
Preparing and distributing communications and promotions
Generating and distributing Statement of Accounts
Processing financial transactions
Establishing maintaining, processing, and updating files, records, and other documents
Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Coaches
