Garda Security: Career Opportunity: Security Guards: Three (3) full time positions available to work in a busy Shopping Centre Environment
Seeking  highly motivated, professionals  to join our growing Team.
$16.00 per hour starting wage
Must have a flex schedule to work days, evening, nights, weekends and stats (Must work a rotating schedule)

Responsibilities:
Provide front line leadership
Safety focused
Must be able to work independently and or in a team environment
Managing delivery of exceptional service
Interior / exterior patrols
Provide immediate response to all situations

Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to and from work (Valid drivers license)
Team Player
Strong organizational skills &  ability to multi task
Must be solution orientated
Customer Service orientated
Strong observation skills
Attention to detail
Strong verbal (English primary) and written communication
Previous experience in a Shopping Centre environment or similar mixed used facility


Education / Certificates:
College Diploma (Law Enforcement) preferred
Grade 12
Valid: CPR/First Aid/AED  (Preferred)
Must Have: Permanent License: Sask Justice Security Guard Course (Criminal record clearance required)

Work Conditions / Physical Capabilities
Must be physically fit
Standing and or walking for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
