General Summary:

Leads ensure adherence to the SEPHORA concept and culture, as well as maximum profitability and compliance with SEPHORAs objectives and policies. They assume responsibility within the store, including opening and closing procedures and duties and support the Store Director and Assistant Manager with client service, sales, productivity, and operational  functions. They are involved in ensuring standards of store cleanliness and organization, as well as merchandising presentations. Leads may also be engaged in some stages of the interviewing process.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in retail/service industry management/supervision, and should be a High School graduate or equivalent.  They must maintain an objective and professional relationship with brand partners, key stakeholders, cast, peers and other leadership.  They should also possess effective time management, problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching in the moment.  Education and product experience in skincare, color and fragrance is desirable, along with proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel.
