Serving western Canada for the past 35 years with our superior municipal infrastructure maintenance services and installations, we are in the process of expanding our overall industry presence. To achieve our expansion plans we are looking for exceptional talent. Specifically, we need a talented and experienced person to lead one of our maintenance and service teams and help us maintain our strong brand presence in this market. This is not a challenge for the weak of heart, as we want our presence to be based on premium maintenance and installation services, so those who like to cut corners need not apply. Our team wants a self starter who would like to grow with our business.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Team Lead is responsible for leading a crew of technicians and for assuring that all labor, equipment, contractors, parts and materials are on site and fulfilling their assigned duties. He/she will demonstrate and perform all field related tasks to ensure an appropriate level of quality assurance. He/she will also be the direct project contact and work as the primary field liaison with our clients. The Team Lead is also accountable for the completion of all project reports and the coordination of safety meetings and after project assessments with the crews.
Applicants should have five or more years of directly related experience in the maintenance and repair of municipal Infrastructure, be a millwright or pursuing same and be a competent communicator with a client focus.
