INNOVATION PLACE is looking for a PROJECT COORDINATOR who can harmonize schedule, budget and quality in a variety of commercial renovation and construction projects.  If you have the skills and expertise to orchestrate and oversee a diverse group of tradespersons, vendors and suppliers while meeting the concurrent needs of your project management team, you could be the conductor we need.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- five or more years of experience in coordinating sub-contractors and vendors on multiple simultaneous projects of varying scope
- technical knowledge of commercial construction activities and contractor / sub-contractor responsibilities
- ability to problem solve as a team by quickly assessing project risks and presenting a clear and succinct overview to the Project Manager together with suggested solutions
- exacting standards while maintaining focus on the overall objectives
- a commitment to working as a team to provide exceptional client service
- ability to prepare and coordinate project administration documents including RFQs
- skill in developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
