Beauty Advisors are responsible for providing exemplary customer service by using their excellent product knowledge of items carried within the Cosmetics Department.
In addition to customer service duties, you will also perform other tasks such as daily housekeeping, assisting with promotional displays, ensuring merchandising standards are met, inventory levels are maintained, as well as interacting with cosmetic vendor representatives.
In addition to the above duties, this is a customer service position which requires a great deal of customer contact. Accordingly, you must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
Your professional image, which will reflect positively on the Cosmetic Department and company, will include an ability to effectively demonstrate use and application of cosmetic products as well as an ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management.
