Straight Line Builders Inc. is a busy and established renovation and construction contracting company in the Battlefords.
We are in need of an experienced, reliable and detail oriented person to organize filing and financial paperwork in our office for submission to the bookkeeper, and keep a database and spreadsheet up to date. Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is required. Experience in writing MS Access queries and reports is preferred.
The position currently requires approximately TWO 4-5 hour days per week in a home office environment 5 minutes south of Battleford. There is potential to increase hours in the future for such duties as customer selection management and job costing for the right person. $16-$20/hr to start depending on experience with review after 3 months.
